Course Booking Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms

Payments must be made within 30 days of the booking being made and should be paid in advance of the event date, otherwise entrance may be refused.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be allowed if cancellation is received in writing or via email 14 days prior to the event. After this date no refunds will be offered.
Substitutions will also be accepted if you cannot attend and wish to send a colleague in your place.

Wellington College reserves the right to cancel the course at any time up to the day of the event.

Course & Workshop Changes

Wellington College reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme without prior notification to bookers.

Event Attendance

The College is a no-smoking campus.
Wellington College reserves the right to refuse admission.
Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
Booking a course means you consent to filming, photography and sound recording which may include you as an attendee and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.
For security reasons, bags may be searched as a condition of entry.

The secure sever software (SSL) at Wellington College and our payment processing partner SagePay, use industry standard processing for secure e-commerce transactions.
