Jim Heal (English Teacher and Behaviour & Discipline SLE) describing the use of Harkness to develop Independent Learning

School to School Support

Supporting schools has been a central feature of Wellington College's Educational ethos for many years. The College established an Independent State School Partnership (ISSP) in 2009, in collaboration with partners, with a focus on gifted and talented, STEM and raising aspirations for Higher Education. In addition, the College also has an extensive programme of conferences and events for teachers.

We have a track-record in bilateral support and we are happy to discuss requests for help in the following areas:

-subject-specific support for GSCE,  A Level and IB

-pupil data and tracking

-pupil well-being

-pupil leadership

-Gifted and Talented provision

-digital strategy and technology-enhanced learning

-Staff leadership development
